Today we released the 28-port layer 2+ managed switches, VigorSwitch G2280x and P2280x with PoE.

Both of the models have four 10G-capable fiber SFP ports to uplink to the core network, and also backward compatible with Gigabit connections. Both of the models have 24x 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports, and P2280x is capable of PoE/PoE+, providing a PoE budget of 400 watts.

The new models provide layer 2+ managed features, including VLAN routing to route the inter-VLAN traffic directly, they offload the routers and improve overall network performance. The new models, of course, inherit the favorite features of VigorSwitch family, including ONVIF surveillance, IP Conflict Prevention, and central management. Visit the product page to learn more.
