We are excited to announce that we add one outdoor and one ceiling access point to our DrayTek AP family.
VigorAP 912C is a dual-band wireless access point. It inherits all the features from VigorAP 910C, what is different than VigorAP 910C is that it expand the number of wireless clients, has a capacity of up to 256 concurrent active users, suitable for a high-density environment. The simplicity of the case design and its PoE-In LAN port provides the flexibility in deployment.
Another new model is our new dual-band outdoor access point - VigorAP 918R Series. The case of VigorAP 918R Series is corresponded to IP67 standard to withstand the different weather status, make it operate well outside. It provides wireless speed up to 300 Mbps at 2.4G, 867 Mbps at 5GHz and other AP features, such as Wi-Fi Roaming, 802.11ac wave 2, and AirTime Fairness. The RPD model has a PoE-Out port to deliver connectivity and power to another network device, and the internal 5GHz directional patch antenna to increase communication distance and enhance Wi-Fi performance, especially for long-range point-to-point connection.
